Petition by certain members of
the Hong Kong Police
I have the honour to transmit to you
for your consideration the enclosed copy of a
petition addressed to me by certain members of
the Hong Kong Police Force, together with a copy
of an interim reply which has been sent to them.
2. It is understand that the signatories
to this letter decided to petition me while
travelling back to this country on leave, and
that a petition on similar lines, with which
the signatories are understood to be
associated, had been addressed to you prior to
their departure on leave.
